These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and iv18 ("iv18", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the iv18 website located at https://iv18.io and all associated services, products, features, and content made available through that domain (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or betting market, or claiming any bonus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

iv18 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Opening or operating more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, iv18 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or game results, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

Your iv18 account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or access any other person's account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for ensuring that your device is secure when accessing the Platform. iv18 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password and encourages you to enable any available two-factor authentication features on your account.

In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify iv18 immediately by contacting [email protected]. iv18 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account; however, iv18 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

iv18 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, where required to do so for regulatory compliance purposes, or where we deem it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard payment terms set out in Section 4. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may not be returned upon voluntary account closure.

All financial transactions on the iv18 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). iv18 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are borne solely by the player.

iv18 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks at iv18's discretion

The minimum deposit amount on iv18 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction. iv18 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the sending institution. iv18 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–6 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–2 business days for bank transfers, subject to completion of any required identity verification checks. iv18 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal.

iv18 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside iv18's control. Players are advised to check with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

iv18 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, first-deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal festival promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant promotion.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your iv18 bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets may have different contribution rates, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iv18 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, malfunctions, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform, any game, or any payment system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other players to the detriment of iv18 or other users of the Platform.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction processed through iv18.
• Accessing another player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, overload, or impair iv18's servers, infrastructure, or services.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any content from the Platform without iv18's prior written consent.

All content on the iv18 Platform — including but not limited to the iv18 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, game content, and data — is the exclusive property of iv18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without iv18's prior written authorisation.

Game content made available through third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is the intellectual property of the respective provider and is made available to players on the Platform under licence. Any unauthorised use of third-party game content is a breach of both these Terms and the relevant provider's intellectual property rights.

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Any technical failure, server downtime, connectivity interruption, or system error affecting your access to or use of the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or personal data resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, content, or game results displayed on the Platform.
• Any delay or failure in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by a third-party payment provider.

iv18's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your iv18 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits iv18's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and iv18 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. iv18's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
